FertCalc Pro

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 7, 2026

These terms are the agreement for using FertCalc Pro. They are between you and Aric Jennings, doing business as FertCalc Pro ("we" and "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial, paying for a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you agree to them.

FertCalc Pro is a web application for agricultural retailers. A company uses it to calculate dry and liquid fertilizer blends, save blends, build quotes, print quote and blend sheets, store field and soil-sample files, and share that work with people in the same company. It is a business-to-business service.

The business that opens the account is the customer. In these terms, "you" means that business and the person accepting these terms for it. You must have authority to bind that business.

Accounts and company admins

The person who creates the company account is responsible for that account. Company admins invite the people who use FertCalc Pro for the company. People in the same company can see and work with that company's blends, quotes, fields, soil-sample files, and other company content.

The company admin is responsible for:

  • who is invited, and what each person is allowed to do
  • what those people do with the company account
  • removing access when someone should no longer have it
  • the company name, product prices, and other information entered for the company

Keep logins private. If you think someone outside your company has access, email info@fertcalcpro.com.

Acceptable use

Use FertCalc Pro for your company's fertilizer quoting, blending, and related records. You agree not to:

  • break the law with the service, or help someone else do that
  • upload a company logo, field file, soil-sample file, or anything else you do not have the right to upload
  • upload malware, or try to probe, disrupt, or break the service or another customer's account
  • share a login with someone outside your company
  • overload the service, or scrape it in a way that interferes with other customers
  • use a quote or blend sheet to misstate a product rate, analysis, or price

We may remove content or suspend access if we reasonably believe these rules were broken.

Your content

You own the data and content you submit. That includes company logos, product prices, blends, quotes, field records, and soil-sample files. We do not claim ownership of it.

You give us a non-exclusive permission to host, store, back up, display, and process that content only so we can provide the service to you and to people in your company. That includes showing a logo on quotes and blend sheets, and showing fields and files to users in the same company. The permission lasts while the content is in the service, and for the backup period described below. You can ask us to delete the content as described in "Exporting or deleting your data."

You are responsible for having the rights you need to upload that content and to let us host and display it for this purpose.

Copyright and content complaints

Copyright or other content complaints can be sent to info@fertcalcpro.com.

Subscriptions, free trial, and cancellation

A new company account includes one 14-day free trial per email address. No card is needed to start it. To keep using the service after the trial, add a card before the trial ends. If you add a card, the subscription starts when the trial ends at $24.99 per month or $274.99 per year, whichever plan you chose, and renews automatically at that price until you cancel. If you do not add a card, the trial ends, access stops, and you are not charged. An email address that already had a trial or a subscription can subscribe again, but without a new trial. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page by choosing Manage subscription. That opens the Stripe customer portal. You can also email info@fertcalcpro.com and ask us to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You can keep using the paid service until that period ends.

We do not give prorated refunds for a partial billing period. If we choose to issue any refund, including if FertCalc Pro shuts down the service, access to the paid service ends when the refund is issued.

Founding users may receive complimentary access for a stated period, at our discretion. Complimentary access is not a payment, and it ends when the stated period ends or as we describe when we grant it. As of October 7, 2026, the founding offer on the FertCalc Pro website is free through January 1, 2027, then the regular monthly or yearly price. That offer applies only if we grant it to your company.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are purchased through Stripe Checkout with Stripe Managed Payments. Link, LLC, a Stripe company, acts as the merchant and seller of record for those payments and handles sales tax. Payments are processed by Stripe and Link and are subject to the Stripe Consumer Terms of Service and Link's terms. Card details are collected by Stripe and Link, not entered into a FertCalc Pro form.

If a payment fails, we may suspend the company account until the payment method is updated.

Blend calculations and quotes

Blend calculations, nutrient rates, blend sheets, and quotes are tools to help you work. You are responsible for verifying rates, analyses, and product prices, and for agronomic and regulatory compliance, including labeling and state fertilizer laws, before you sell, blend, apply, or deliver fertilizer. FertCalc Pro does not provide agronomic, legal, or regulatory advice.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a calculation, quote, file, or printed sheet will be accurate or fit a particular purpose. You use the results at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the subscription fees paid for FertCalc Pro in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost crops, or the cost of replacement product, even if we knew those damages were possible.

Some laws do not allow certain limits. Where that is the case, the limit applies only as far as the law allows. These terms do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You may stop using FertCalc Pro at any time, and you may cancel a paid subscription as described above. We may suspend or close an account if you break these terms, if a payment stays unpaid, or if we stop offering the service. If we stop offering the service for our own business reasons, we will email the company account when we reasonably can.

Exporting or deleting your data

You may ask us to export or delete your company's data by emailing info@fertcalcpro.com. Use an address we can recognize as a company admin. We will handle that request within 30 days. We will export or delete the company content we store, except billing and tax records, which we keep as long as the law requires (generally up to 7 years). Routine backups may keep a copy for up to 30 more days before they are overwritten. Canceling a subscription does not by itself delete the company data. Deleting data does not refund the current billing period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. We will email the address on the company account at least 30 days before updated terms take effect. If you keep using FertCalc Pro after that date, the updated terms apply. If you do not agree, cancel before the effective date.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes the information the service handles, why, and who receives it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without using conflict-of-law rules that would point somewhere else. Disputes will be brought in the state courts located in Gentry County, Missouri, or in the federal court whose district covers Gentry County, Missouri, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Other

These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about FertCalc Pro. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Waiting to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
